Order Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available within 6 hours of placing your order.

A 10% cancellation fee applies if you cancel after 6 hours but within 24 hours of order placement.

No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours from the time you placed your order.
Example: If you order at 10:00 AM, you may cancel free of charge until 4:00 PM the same day. Cancelling between 4:01 PM and 10:00 PM will incur a 10% fee. After 10:00 PM, cancellation is not permitted.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

What Can’t Be Returned?

Don’t include original tags and packaging
Note: Slight imperfections like extra thread that can be snipped don’t qualify as defects.
